Crypto Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. joygh5 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto transaction is initiated and the time it is confirmed. Minimum network confirmations required before credit: USDT TRC-20 — 20 confirmations; Bitcoin — 3 confirmations.
joygh5 does not accept credit card deposits. Deposits made using funds borrowed via any credit facility are the sole responsibility of the Player and do not create any obligation on joygh5's part.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the Player has completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
